Our Philosophy
At LittleSteps, we are committed to providing the highest quality of care for all children, to support them develop to their fullest potential. We understand that children are natural learners that need to be provided opportunities to experiment, practice skills , and seek new knowledge in their own ways, and our role is to facilitate and guide them in the learning process.
We use an inquiry-based approach, through open-ended, child-centered, hands-on activities to provide stimulating experiences. Through these experiences, they can make predictions, develop hypotheses, and test and question their assumptions and expectations. In the process, we dare our students to be wrong, to try multiple ideas, listen to alternate opinions and create a knowledge base that is applicable to real life as opposed to simply an exam.
